The rules of the road for using Neediff Display.

By signing up for Neediff Display or installing our Android TV app, you're agreeing to these terms. We've written them as clearly as we can — if something is confusing, reach out at connect@needif.com.
Neediff Display is a corporate digital signage platform. It consists of:
com.neediff.display) that displays your content on office TV screensThe service is designed for businesses — offices, companies, and organisations that want to communicate with their teams through TV screens. It is not a consumer product.
Each company gets a separate workspace with a unique slug (e.g. yourcompany). The person who signs up becomes the company admin and is responsible for everything that happens in that workspace.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
New workspaces get a 7-day free trial that begins automatically when you pair your first TV screen. No credit card is required to start the trial.
After the trial, Neediff Display is a paid subscription service. Current pricing:

Payments are processed by Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Subscriptions are not auto-renewed — you'll receive reminders at 7 days, 3 days, and 1 day before expiry so you can renew manually.
Because we offer a free 7-day trial before any payment is required, we generally do not offer refunds on paid subscriptions. If you believe there's a billing error or exceptional circumstance, contact us at connect@needif.com within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it personally.
The Neediff Display Android TV app is available free of charge on the Google Play Store. There are no in-app purchases. The app is a display client — it shows content that your company admin has set up in the dashboard.
You own the content you upload to Neediff Display — employee data, images, videos, and announcements. By uploading content, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law, and to suspend accounts that repeatedly upload inappropriate content.
You may not use Neediff Display to:
We work hard to keep Neediff Display running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. From time to time we'll need to take the service down for maintenance — we'll try to do this during off-peak hours and give you advance notice when planned.
We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime, data unavailability, or delays in content delivery to your screens.
The Neediff Display platform — including the dashboard, TV app, backend, and all associated software — is owned by Neediff. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.
The Neediff Display name and logo are our trademarks. You may not use them without our permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neediff's total liability for any claim arising from your use of Neediff Display is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that caused the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or reputational damage — even if we were aware of the possibility of such loss.
You can stop using Neediff Display at any time. Your data will be retained for a reasonable period in case you want to reactivate.
We can terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the platform. In cases of clear violation, termination may be immediate without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll email the admin on file at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
